Important: this is a recurring monitoring service, not a one-off report. The first snapshot and later updates are provided only while the monitor subscription is active.
1. The service
Rotgar provides a free, experimental monitor that runs automated OpenAI Codex prompts with web search, records selected outputs and produces private status and report pages. We may also send your results and relevant Rotgar editorial or service information by email. Frequency is not fixed and may vary.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 and have authority to submit the domain, brand and business information. You may monitor only lawful public business information. Do not impersonate another person, submit sensitive personal information, interfere with the service or attempt to access another monitor.
3. Experimental outputs
AI outputs are probabilistic, can be incomplete or wrong, and may change between runs. A result generated through Codex with web search is not guaranteed to be identical to an answer shown to a particular user in the ChatGPT website or app. Results are a directional research snapshot, not an audited market measurement, professional advice, a search ranking guarantee or a promise of future performance.
You remain responsible for checking sources and deciding whether to act on a finding.
4. Queues and availability
Checks are operated in batches and may depend on a local runner, third-party capacity and subscription limits. We do not promise an exact start time, delivery frequency, response time, uptime or report retention period. A monitor can remain queued while processing is unavailable.
5. Email and cancellation
Recurring monitoring email is an integral condition of this free service. During the early MVP, automated email delivery may not yet be available; the private monitor link is the authoritative delivery channel and should be saved after submission. You may withdraw your monitoring consent and unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing stops future monitoring and associated emails. Snapshots completed before cancellation may remain available at the private link, but no new snapshot is created after monitoring stops.
We may reject, suspend or stop a monitor for inaccurate details, abuse, technical constraints, legal risk or any other reasonable operational reason.
6. Your content and public information
You retain your rights in the information you submit. You grant Rotgar a limited permission to host, validate, transform and use it to operate and improve the requested service. Public web content remains subject to its owners’ rights and applicable terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Rotgar service, interface, methodology, templates and branding belong to Rotgar or its licensors. You may use your generated report internally for legitimate business purposes. You may not resell the service, misrepresent the methodology or remove source and limitation notices from a report.
8. No warranty and limitation
The MVP is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rotgar disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, consequential, special or lost-profit damages arising from use of or reliance on the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer rights where they apply.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal data. The service should not be used to submit patient records, medical data or other special-category data.
10. Changes and contact
We may change the MVP or these terms. Material changes may require fresh acceptance. Questions can be sent to evgeniy.yudin@rotgar.com.
